Dr. Bring’s specialized dual focus and training in both primary care and sports medicine means he has the expertise to help you and your family achieve your active lifestyle goals. He evaluates, manages and treats the unique medical problems in athletes and physically active children and adults, while caring for these patients’ wellness, prevention and illness primary care needs. While at Riverside, Dr. Bring served as Chief Resident and earned the Resident of the Year Award while serving on several primary care leadership committees. He has presented and lectured to medical students and other audiences on a wide range of medical and clinical research topics. Dr. Bring has extensive experience in treating the student and collegiate-level athlete and he has served as the team physician for Buckeye Valley High School, Harvest Prep High School and Ohio Wesleyan University. He has a wide range of diverse experience in providing pre-participation physicals and sports medicine game-day coverage for many types of sports matches or events including collegiate and tournament-level football, soccer, track and field, lacrosse and volleyball. He’s also provided sports medicine support to elite high-performing athletes participating in several marathons and triathlons as well as the Arnold Classic.
